CFM rating missing
One very important thing missing is the allowable CFM (Cubic Feet per minute) rating for this register at some reasonable air velocities. So I'm just making a guess using Appendix 1 of ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) Manual T (Air Distribution Basics) for Model 411 Deluxe Floor Diffuser of the same size which is rated as follows: 125 CFM at 500 FPM face velocity 150 CFM at 600 FPM...

Very Bad - Both grates were broken
Bad product- The plastic parts were broken!!!!! Not on only one but on both I recieved

This is one of the best looking floor registers I have seen.
Unfortunately I did not measure the width. I needed a 2" width, so this did not fit. It was necessary to return this item.
