Amazing for Type 2 Diabetes
A1C holding at 5.4 after 18 years of Type 2. I would not want to be without this or another effective brand of R-ALA. For me it is a strong insulin mimetic. But I do add biotin along with this bare bones formula. Capsules not too large

Best price anywhere for R-ALA
Vitacost has the best price anywhere for this product. The R isomer of Alpha Lipoic Acid is expensive, but the Vitacost price helps make it more affordable for me. R-ALA helps with glucose control and nutrient partitioning. I have seen good, measurable results using it.
