Item was listed as in stock and credit card was charged day after order placed. Order status kept stating "being reviewed". Called and was told item will be shipped. Days later, no change in order status. Emailed twice with no response. Called back and was told this in stock item had not been received from manufacturer but would be shipped as soon as received. Canceled order. 3 days later and still waiting on credit. Bad BBB rating. BBB requested logo be removed from website. Never again. |

This site was recommended to me and they told me it was great - but of course I had my doubts. Now that Ive used the site I have to agree with them. Everything was clearly stated and it was easy to find what I wanted. Even setting up a new customer account wasn't a big deal. I'll definitely come back to this site next time I'm buying electronics, and will be sure to recommend it to others. |

the shopping experience was professional and devoid of the usual high-pressure to "add on" approach. We were treated courteously, with patience, and eagerness be competitive, and to please. Price cuts were made to meet competition. This was a first rate shopping destination. Shipment arrived about 5 days before expected. |

I ordered a 52" TV with these guys. Apart from the "Credit Crad verification", during which the CS Rep politely asked if I wanted extended warranty. He was very cuorteous when I refused. No pressure sales tactics. The TV was in stock and shipped out within 2 days. Only problem that I had with the shipping was that they shipped it through a private contractor. The CS REp gave me the phone no. of the contractor, whom I called and he confirmed the delivery date. I had to followup with the contractor to make sure he was on schedule. The only other minor issue was that the TV got delivered at 9 in the evening, when Customer Service is closed. If somehing was not correct with the TV then where would I have complained? The TV was very well packaged, with very minimal damage to the box (usually happens). Very good people to deal with and CS shows up on the phone within 10 mins (which is amazing considering the other sites). I would recommend this merchant to anyone, based on my experience. |

After placing my on-line order, they called to confirm the order. They pressured to by an extra warranty for $250, stating tha because they are not a pioneer authorized dealer, the merchandise came with no manufacturer warranty. When I refused, they then offered to include express air delivery for free if I purchased the warranty. They were pressuring. But if there is no manufacturer warranty, it was probably appropriate. |

Perfect Transation. got a LC-42D72U Sharp Aquos tv. It came packed in an unmarked box stuffed with bubble wrap. Then the tv box had thick cardboard braces around it for more supprt. Everything worked great. I was impressed with the care they took to package it up. And a sales person called me to confirm the order and just to let me know who to contact if I had any questions or problems. Great Cstomer Service. |
