the pop up sales person was very annoying. It would have been okay if it had only happened once or twice or if had been over in the corner, but it felt like it popped up every 5 minutes and it was in the middle of the page. It interrupted what I was already trying to order, everytime! Calificación

I hit the purchase button and kept getting a popup asking me for my 4-digit Zip Code extension. I have no idea what it is so it made it very difficult to get the order entered properly. In fact, I chatted with a Dell agent just to make sure I had no inadvertently ordered more than one monitor since I had to hit the purchase button more than once to get the order to process. For a leader in the industry, it makes no sense that the website makes it so difficult to order. When I see the site has changed, I always think it will be better and I am always wrong. This time was actually worse because of drop downs that wouldn't go up and the floating chat/help lady who returned after I X'd her. If we weren't stuck with Dell-only cartridges, I'd never come back. You can make it easy-once a CUSTOMER clicks through for ink cartridges, get rid of the sales stuff on the page. Let me see the choices, select what I want and click to another ad-free page to pay. I've seen all the ads I need on the 1st two pages. Your process tarnishes Dell's reputation so badly that we take turns in the office for who has to deal with your website. Calificación

For this promotion, 10 day shipping was free, and so was 3-5 day shipping. However, the default was 10 day shipping. When I noticed that I had submitted my order with the default 10 day free shipping instead of the 3-5 day free shipping, I contacted Customer Service and they not only quickly helped me, but they actually upgraded me to next day shipping for free! Wow! I totally did not expect that! I have never had that kind of Customer Service! Thanks Dell! Calificación

When I selected next day delivery, I was expecting the purchase to be delivered in two days at the most. After checkout, I realized the order may not be delivered for 6 or 7 days. Calificación

Could not get the screen to take the order with my account. Called the merchant - they want to charge me to talk to a tech rep! Routed around and around electronically! Finally purchased the printer with another credit card. What a disaster of a shopping experience! Fix your darn automated system and online, give a clear picture of why there is an error. This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to find the correct SKU for the accessory I was purchasing. The SKU is not tied to my Service Tag # and if it had not been for the Customer Service Rep I telephoned (Joyce Kaster), I never would have found the TD175. Your after-sales web service is terrible. What has happened to Dell? It used to be my computer of choice, but Gateway after-sales service put Dell to shame. Calificación

Dell has become a third rate company - beyond terrible customer service and care. Any call to Dell (even the simplist inquiry)requires at least an hour time committment, at least 5 transfers and probably 1 or 2 disconnects to finally get to a recorded message that the dept. you need is not available at this time! I have 4 Dell computers in my house along with all the related accessories. I use to think Dell was the best and would only order from them - Sorry Dell! - you have lost me as a future customer!! Not that you care - obviously :( To bad for you - another good company will soon bite the dust I'm afraid from third rate service and product quality deterioration. So sad. Calificación

They have no way for you to give them your billing address when it is different from your shipping address and is a post office box. Hopefully my post office will catch this and I will get my bill. Calificación

Site is not easy to navigate. Everytime I visit, I get different options. Once an item is spec'd, hard to go back and see what the details of the system are. Operating system etc. Comarison also difficult. Calificación
