The offer of a future discount on purchase was a ruse to get me to sign up for acceptance of a $12.oo monthly fee from some other service provider. I did not appreciate the deceptive practice. |

I receive discount offers for FTD, as a return customer and through AAA and through one other internet service. I found by accident, that the price ends up being exactly the same because any discount taken off the flowers is added to the delivery fee. Try pricing it out and you'll see. Full fee was actually one cent less than using my AAA 20% discount. |

I made a mistake when I placed my order with FTD, and their process for making a change to an order leaves a lot to be desired. You'd think that, given how many orders I've made through them previously, they'd move further forward the process for selecting a recipient from my Address Book... |

Second time in 2 years complete dissatisfaction with FTD! The flowers weren't delivered AT ALL and FTD even did not contact me about it. My last order was at 01/15/2008 and they charged my credit card at the same day. 17th of January was the delivery date but it never happened. 3 days after I contacted to FTD, I got an automatic email that is saying “their goal is to respond with me within 24 hours” but nobody called or sent an email about it. Then I sent another email to explain the situation, I got another automatic email to respond that they apologize for my order not being delivered on the date requested and if I still want my gift delivered, they may give me a discount late delivery. I accepted their offer and confirmed it. That was 26/01/08. Since then there is no news at all. It is impossible to reach them by phone. I also learned that my order in 2006 was not delivered but I paid for!! “The person I sent the flowers is my wife now it is how I learned” BE AWAY FROM FTD!! |
