After placing an order I had to talk to a salesman over the phone to 'confirm' my order and of course fend off a barrage of extended warranties, accessories, and such which I didn't order in the first place FOR A REASON, and still don't want, thank you. I received what I ordered in good condition. I opted for the seven day shipping and my order arrived after 12 business days. It is winter time, just after christmas, so a delay can be expected, but even a partial rebate of the rather substantial shipping cost would have been appreciated. A day after my order arrived I received another call promising future discounts in exchange for a better evaluation. To summarize: I got what I wanted in good condition and for a reasonable price. Shipping took almost twice as long as advertised. Had to deal with two New York City sales pitches.	Calificación

I was glad for the phone call because I felt like my order was more secure. After a couple minutes on hold, David was there to confirm my order and answer all my questions. I look forward to receiving the television as my kids are jumping to see it. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them. They ignored my request to cancel the order. Every email I had ever sent was quoted back to me during a very heated discussion over the phone so they clearly read their emails. They have resisted cancelling the order or refunding me my money. They knew of my desire to cancel the order before it shipped too. I am leaving it up to my credit card company to handle. Very unprofessional. I was even accused of being anti-semitic. I am Jewish. Was told that I better hope not to run into one of them - a threat. Never once have I had an experience like this. HUGH Flat screen arrived via free shipping, during Christmas rush in only 7 days. Freight company called the day before & delivery was smooth. TV was in perfect shape and WAY cheaper than my local Best Buy. Would definetly buy from them again.	Calificación

I received my order 7 business days after I placed the order. I found Powersellers NYC to be quite friendly. I received the TV today in perfect condition although I have not turned it on yet because the cable guy won't be at my house until Thursday. While I did not have any problems with the shipping company--TriStateFreight, I would have like the shipping company to initiate contact with me. The shipping company seemed a little terse over the phone but the delivery driver was very nice and polite. The driver did contact me an hour before they delivered the TV. Overall I had a very ood experience with this retailer and I plan to purchase from Powersellers NYC again. Edit: HD Cable has been hooked-up. TV works perfectly!	Calificación
