OUT OF BUSINESS??? Ordered an LCD TV Oct 20. Multiple phone calls and run-arounds, couldn't get shipping info so tried to cancel order but customer service said it couldn't be done, already shipped. Finally logged in and found out order was cancelled (Nov 4). Called to get confirmation and ensure refund and I was told business was shutting down. Eventually did get full refund but I am wondering why website is still up and running after business claimed to be closing in early November?? BUYER BEWARE. Very unreliable and fraudulent business practises. Customer service rude and unprofessional. Never got a reply to any of the emails I sent and telephone reps couldn't seem to get their stories straight. |

Run away!!!Do not buy from this retailer!!!I order on oct 13 and had to call them to "confirm" my order. Which took about 30 mins on hold. After about two week I call them back to check on the status of my order and was transfer around to about 7 different people and the last person said that they already shipp the TV and I should get the TV by next week. Next week came w/ no TV and so I call back go through the same ordeal and with the same answer, "you'll get it by next week". By the 5th week of call them back the phone agent then tell me that the TV is on back order and will not be in till 3 more weeks. So all this time they already charge my credit card and been lying to me about shipping my order. I cancel my order and it's been over a week now and still haven't got my money back yet. I would never do business w/ this company ever again. |

I purchased a Sony LCD TV on Sunday, November 2 2008 from PCVideoonline.com. I got an email from them to call them and verify my purchase to due to securtiy risks. I have called their phone number at least 15 times since then during the hours they provided and their voicemail system says they are closed. There is no way to leave a voicemail either. I then tried to send a fax (using the fax number on their website) stating my desire to confirm the order, but the faxes did not go through. I have also sent multiple emails with my office and cell phone numbers to both the "Sales" and "manager" emails provided on their website with no replies. I am sending a final email canceling my order. Although their advertised price was the lowest of any competitor, I would not reccomend purchasing from them due to their lack of response. |

If I had done more research on these guys before the purchase, I would have made my purchase elsewhere. Online store showed it was new, and was told it was class A refurbished AFTER the order was made. Multiple sales people called me the day after to verify the order. They seemed to want to talk me out of the .45 shipping telling me it would take over a month & sell me additional items. I was also told that delivery was by using their own trucks not a shipping company. A week (10-12) after the order I called to see if it had been shipped out. I ordered it on 10-4 which was a Saturday. I was told it shipped out on the 5th which I knew was a sunday. My card also had not been charged until the 8th so I knew I had been lied to. The only reason I didn't dispute the charges, was that I work with a guy that got the same run around but he did get his TV. The delivery guy had paperwork that showed the Origin date of 10-16. It was a local shipping company NOT their own trucks. |

The reason I would definately buy from them again is because this was the most painless experience other than the fact that I had to spend thousands of dollars on buying my dream TV. PC video ended up being a lot better than I expected I must admit. |

I made the unfortunate mistake of NOT reading the reviews before using this vendor. I placed my order on September 14th and as of today, October 22nd, I have yet to receive my full order. After sending numerous emails and speaking to several representatives of the company, nothing has happened. I've turned the matter over to my attorneys. This is completely unacceptable and this vendor should be removed from your site. |

After waiting 4 weeks for delivery & not getting any response to e-mail inquiries, I called to find out the status. I was told it was being shipped & would take another two weeks to reach my home. The reason for slow shippment was that "it was shipped from the west coast and the truck makes a lot of stops along the way. The next day I received an e-mail asking me to call. When I called, they said the box was damaged during shipment & they would have to ship a replacement product. I asked to cancel the order. They reluctently agreed to cancel the order. I asked for an e-mail confirming the cancellation. I then received an e-mail saying "we're sorry, your visa was declined." What a farce. |

Great prices. Unfortunately, PCVideoOnline's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They have their good reps, but one in particular that I've dealt with a couple of times, waiting for my order, has been very brief with me. It's seems he likes to quickly shut me up whenever I have an inquiry. I ordered my Samsung LN52A550 on Sunday Sep. 21, 2008. He pushed me into paying an extra $80 for the 7-9 business day delivery. It is now Saturday Oct. 4th and I still do not have my TV. Does something seem wrong about that? Or is it just me? I asked for a tracking number, and he said he couldn't give me one. My buddy ordered the same tv on the same day as me, from amazon.com. He paid less, and he just receved his tv today. This sucks. |

(Edited November 20th by drjobrien) Watch this company. I ordered a 46" Sharp Aquos from them. Nothing indicated online or during the order that it was refurbished (other companies do indicate this!) Imagine my surprise when it arrived to find it was refurbished, not new. This was totally deceptive. My requests to them to respond have been ignored. This is not what I ordered nor what I wanted. I've asked them to come pick it up (it took 20 days to arrive instead of the 7-9 days they promised) or to provide an extended warranty, instead of the 30-day warranty. Deceptive and disappointing. Should it blow up after 30 days, I'm out $1349. Shame on you, PCVideo. Written on November 20: The company never delivered on any of their promises to compensate.. The thrust of the story is this: they sold me a used set for a new set price and did not rectify their error, which must have been intentional. I've filed a formal complaint with the NY Attorney General. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY'RE BAD! |

Never received my TV and no communication as to when. Ad said was in stock did not hear anything to the contrary. Filing complaint w/ Atty General of New York & Mastercard This company is so bad. For a company that is E-commerce they don't answer e-mails either. Calling is no help. Better to keep records using E-mail to establish a paper trail for a complaint. The BBB of New York had 65 complaints in the last 12 months check there web site. |
