Five business days later it has still not arrived. I teach and had planned to show this movie to my students on Monday. Today is Sunday,12/17, so this movie is of no use to me since Christmas vacation starts the next day.	Calificación

I paid 5 USD extra for "expedited shipping," which, according to their Web site, meant that I would probably receive the item in 2 to 3 business days. I called them today, Sep. 2, because I had received no notices from them regarding the status of my order since I purchased the DVD. My credit card hadn't even been charged. The woman I spoke with cancelled the order at my request, but she offered no explanation and no apology.	Calificación

A check on their website still shows item in stock, but the website (despite them e-mailing me a confirmation) tells me that my e-mail does not exist in their database. A call to their store (and ten minutes on hold) gets me the response that the item is on back order and would be a couple of weeks. Unacceptable that they would not notify me of the item being out of stock. Cost me 8 days.	Calificación

When I called back to give another card number, she asked if I could hold. I heard her typing in the background for about 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and she said she was busy finishing up an order! I don't recommend this company if they are too busy to deal with telephone customers!	Calificación

I paid what I considered a fair price for both the item and shipping, but I did really want the tape so my opinion may be a bit biased. However, I went to the store that weekend and found it for over $5 cheaper than they were offering. I tried cancelling the order twice, but they still sent the thing out two weeks later. It was sitting here when we got back from our vacation. I would NEVER buy from these clowns again.	Calificación
