I canceled the parts of my order when I was informed that the items weren't available. The cancel process started out rough, the first person who returned my email didn't specifically address my concerns even though they were clearly listed, when I emailed back stating that my concerns weren't addressed the next couple people I exchanged corespondance with were much more attentive and delt with the cancelation. Pre Recieving:nice interface, clean nav, good search - I found the exact same products as the Crate and Barrel catalog that I received in the mail and saved 49.07 over what I would have paid to order from C&B. Out of stock items were clearly marked. The size / volume / etc. of each item was clearly listed and the small discounts	Calificación
