All this occurred with NO communication from Footsmart whatsoever. I am not sure whose error the original shipping mistake was, but the lack of communication is shoddy, suspect and intolerable. The product I received is of the highest quality, even though the retail package appears to have been either opened or returned to FootSmart, but the two previously metioned errors and omisssions are inexcusable. I would not, unfortunately, recommend this company to a friend or colleague.	Calificación

We had to return one, and I thought they were going to just send another, but they credited for 99.95 vs. the full price I paid for it at 199.95.	Calificación
