3 Star ReviewNavigon 2100
Puntos Fuertes: Free traffic, text-to-speech, price
Puntos Débiles: Slow touch input, somewhat small screen, buggy u-turn option, navigation could be better
Resumen: $99 on BF. Navigation works okay for the most part. Gets confused with complicated routes in the city and starts saying weird things. I turned off the U-turn option that should stop the model from suggesting U-turns but it still does it. First GPS I've owned so I can't compare with other models. Screen definitely could be bigger. Input is slow to respond to your touches but I'm already used it it. Stick on mount for my dash has already lost its stickiness due to my repositioning it a couple of times. Free lifetime traffic updates although I have yet to set it up properly is worth the cost of the device. I am fairly confident it will be a good enough aid in finding unknown locations during trips so I feel for a hundred bucks, I'm getting my money's worth. With that said, there's definitely room for improvement and I'm sure much better products out there in terms of features and accuracy.

Puntos Fuertes: Small size, compact, price, text to speech, graphics, reality view
Puntos Débiles: Screen buttons too small
Resumen: I purchased this GPS along with a TomTom One. This device is cheaper than TomTom one (even on BF sale) and has text to speech which is available only in expensive GPS devices. The device is easy to operate, has nice colors, does not confuse the user, and has reality view which gives good view at major intersections. This model came with a live time traffic update too (though I have not used it as yet). The compact size makes this device my favorite.

I wish it came with a AC charger but I think many of the GPS devices do not. The POI database is not the best but can be compensated for due to the price and if you know the addresses of the places.

I would recommend this device to anyone who is looking for a cheap good GPS device.

Puntos Fuertes: - low price - nice bright screen - speech function
Puntos Débiles: - wish screen is bigger - touch screen button is small - wish it comes w/ AC adapter
Resumen: Got this Navigon 2100 GPS from Staples BF sales. This is my first GPS but I research for a long time. Best thing I like: this is the ONLY GPS in this price range with speech function that say the street name. I was very close to getting the Garmin 660 but it is 3x the cost.

Screen is bright but small which makes the buttons sometime too small. Inside is a smoke adapter but no AC adapter so cannot charge it outside the car.

Functions I haven't tried yet: traffic report and blue tooth. But overall first impression is good!
