Puntos Fuertes: sleek looks, many features, easy controls, large cooking area, internal shelf for two-item cooking.
Puntos Débiles: noisy exhaust fan, can be difficult to install.
Resumen: This is a very nice product. It has a large cooking area so most of your containers will have no problems fitting. Also, as well as the turntable, it also has a removable internal metal wire shelf which allows you to cook two items at once (obviously the top wire shelf doesn't turn).

It looks very nice, and is easy to use. The electronic controls are pre-programmed with tens of pre-sets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner items to reduce guesswork. Also, it has two light bulbs on the bottom. When you press Night Light, only one comes on. {ressing Work Light turns on both. Also has an easy 1-minute increment quick activation button.

I like this product. However, if you use the exhaust fan a lot, be warned, this unit has a LOUD fan even in low speed. My set up doesn't have an outdoor vent, so i wont be using it much, so no big deal...but those who do might find it annoying.

Also, installing it was somewhat of a pain...the wall-mount arms have to be lined up just right in order for the bolts in the front to screw into them. There doesn't seem to be some sort of internal guides to automatically guide the arms into the right place...I had to put it into position and then pull it out 3 times before i finally got the threaded holes in the arms to line up with the bolts on the 4th attempt...the trick turns out to be to make sure the arms are square (90 degrees) to the wall, both horizontally as well as vertically. Even slight variances will cause the holes not to line up with the bolts.

While not too heavy and not too hard to lift for one person (I picked it up from the store and unpacked it at home by myself), it was necessary to get someone to help me lift up into the installation position just because of its bulkiness. While you might be able to set it up yourself, a second person is highly recommended when it comes to lifting / pushing it into final position.

The wall and cabinet templates that came with it made it very easy to figure out where to drill mounting holes. Otherwise measuring distances would have been a pain.

You can have it professionally installed. However, where i bought it from wanted $99 to do it!!! That's just too much, especially when compared as a percentage of the price tag of the oven itself!!! I figured i would give it a shot myself...it went pretty well for my first OTR Microwave installation, thank God :) But you will need some tools, so make sure you have them (drill and bits, stud detector (or can drill small exploratory holes or use a hammer to listen for studs), screw driver, pliers, scissors (to cut paper templates), 2-inch hole-saw drill attachment (to drill hole for power cable through the cabinet, if you dont already have a hole already), and towel (to wipe off your sweat :) )

Puntos Fuertes: styling, operation
Puntos Débiles: none so far
Resumen: My existing maytag microwave stopped working after 5 years. I replaced it with the samsung one but that stopped working after 2 weeks. After a month of frustrating experience with samsung customer service I was told that they don't have any service centers nearby and so I have to take it to the store to replace it. I didn't want to get another samsung product. I liked the styling of this one and hoped for the best. So far no problems. It works perfectly and the styling is appealing. I didn't find the exhaust to be louder as others were saying. It is quieter than the other two microwaves I mentioned. Also no problems with interior fan and light so far. I spoke about this with Frigidaire customer service as I was concerned reading other review. They mentioned it to be a rare problem and also they have service center close by and will do in-home servicing for any problem. I am happy with this purchase so far

3 Star ReviewPLMV169 - Nice but......
Puntos Fuertes: Great auto cook features
Puntos Débiles: Fans both internal and external
Resumen: Bought this at the very end of last year, so have had almost 9 months now. Overall it cooks great, but as stated in an earlier review the external exhaust fan is very annoying, even at low speed.

The internal fan is a nightmare. Evidently it is supposed to ensure the unit does not overheat, however on our unit it a) goes on every time after we use the oven, even if its for say 30 seconds; and b) it never shuts off by itself - you have to leave the door open then close it after it cools down.

After using, if we open the door and leave it open for a while - say 5 - 10 minutes, it would eventually let us close the door and the fan would stay off, but now not even that works. It's been extremely frustrating for my wife who does most of the cooking, and right now no matter what we do the internal fan will not shut off when the door is shut, so it is unusable.

We have a service call scheduled later this week, so we'll see what they say needs to be done to fix it.

3 Star ReviewI need to do what to change the light bulb?
Puntos Fuertes: I think it performs its primary purpose for which it was created just fine...Heating food.
Puntos Débiles: The light bulb (not the night lights on the bottom) for inside the oven went out and the ENTIRE UNIT needs to be dissasembled to change this?!
Resumen: I had the door hinge come loose from the welds and the welding I was told that needed to be performed was only by my removing the unit and delivering it to the service center where they would charge me $250 to $300 to do it. So I found a way to do it myself....In fifteen minutes w/o removing the unit from its location. BUT then the SIMPLE issue of the light bulb replacement I was told was not even worth changing...the serviceman I spoke with said he would rather buy a new unit than to pay the $70 dollars for a special 2 prong appliance bulb and the effort of dissassembling the ENTIRE CASING! There is NO WAY to change (the ripoff $70) lightbulb thats not labor intensive!

3 Star Reviewlooks great
Puntos Fuertes: nice style and good size
Puntos Débiles: FAN IS MUCH TO LOUD
Resumen: We had a little problem with the fan not working. We had a service man come out and it was just a loose conection. However I am very unhappy with how noisy the fan is even on low speed. Hope I don't have to use it to often.

The microwave looks very nice with the stove we purchased and I am still learning how to use it.

Puntos Fuertes: easy to use; defrosts and heats food without overcooking; surfaces are easily cleaned; programmed to cook or heat most foods so no need to do a lot of your own progrmming.
Puntos Débiles: when using the timer - after the time is up it only beeps once and it's not very loud.
Resumen: I am very happy with the Frigidaire Galleria microwave. I had my last microwave for about 20 years and didn't realize all that mine was missing. It was easy to follow the instructions and learn all the features, especially for someone who is not that good with electronics. The sensor cooking is great - not "too hot" or "not hot enough". I highly recommend this product.

3 Star ReviewExhaust fan is the weak point
Puntos Fuertes: sensor cooking
Puntos Débiles: fan
Resumen: I agree with all of the previous comments on quality of the microwave, but loud exhaust fan.

I also find that the fan simply does not seem to work all that well in general. I have it exhausting through the roof, and there's a lot of wind coming out of the exhaust on the roof, but it doesn't seem to suck much up from the stovetop below it.

Anyone else experience this
