Processing Power For a great price!

Puntos Fuertes: This processor has the ability from stock speeds to support HD rendering as well as hardcore online gaming. One of the best processors I myself have tested and loved.

Puntos Débiles: Not a weakness for all but the price is a little high but cheaper than an I-7

You have the ability to clock this on a well ventilated case with a nice copper cooler up to speeds of 4ghz. Using certain P55 chipset motherboards you can use what is called XMP Extreme Memory Profile. With this feature you are capable of enabling this on most p55 gigabtyte and Msi motherboards. When enabled it brings your core clock up tremendously if you use 1333 mhz there will be no increase at all but if using 1600 mhz dual channel memory you will see a mode of 3200 Fsb and 3.2ghz without compromising the cool factore of the chip in a sense no voltage tweaking and quite stable without any real problems 2000 mhz is supported but what I found was that The Msi P55 - GD65 and GD 55 with xmp did perfect not bringing up the H.T link past 4.8 where you could set it to 6.4 you had a choice where as the gigabyte P55-Ud3 didn't allow you to do that bringing chip temps up higher leaving your H.T link at 6.4 all that is said it can be pushed and possibly out due a core I-7 with xmp and good memory and for a gamer or someone doing intense rendering or some 3d animation etc. Just know you will be impressed. ~ Xcr

The two processors are positioned at the top of the i5 series as its only quad-core members. The i5-750S comes with a reduced clock speed of 2.40 GHz, but can be overclocked to 3.2 GHz like the i5-750, and features an 8MB L3...
